Overwhelmed!

Wow! Ladies, I don't even know where to start! Every day you all inspire, challenge and encourage me, making me want to do and give more to you.

Seventeen years ago I landed my first coaching job as an assistant middle school volleyball coach. I loved the opportunity to share my love of athletics and a healthy active lifestyle with others. Since then I have coached athletes of all ages in volleyball, soccer, swimming, track and field, hockey, basketball, bowling, cheerleading and weight training. Never once have I received such a thoughtful and kind note from my athletes 2 competitions in! You girls never cease to impress me, motivate me and make me laugh and thus I feel like I owe you for being on my team and being such an incredible group of inspiring young ladies. I am so excited for the rest of our season as we grow and learn from one another. No matter what our record is come November 6th, the 2016 Spring Valley Girls Cross Country team will always be special to me as you are the very first cross country athletes I have had the privilege of coaching.
