Meet the Kittrells

Hi Parents,

I am sending this email to introduce you to Amy Kittrell. She and her husband Danny have been involved with the boys Cross Country and Track programs for years as the parents of three boys. Currently they are serving as the All Star Bookkeepers, Volunteer Coordinators and Chief Directors of the Canteen. During the season she will be emailing you to ask for your help. Unlike many other high school sports programs that have grounds crews to paint lines and officials to run and monitor games 97% of cross country is coach and parent run. Since this is the case we will be asking for parents to volunteer to help park parks, click stop watches, assist in directing traffic and still take a turn providing snacks or drinks for the team. The sooner you volunteer, the more likely that we will be able to schedule your work times so you are still able to see your child race. I will talk more of this this evening at our meeting but wanted each of you to have her email address. I am confident she will be emailing you soon!

Also - her youngest is a junior, in the very near future we will be looking for parents who are able to step up and help fill the rolls their family has done for so long... just something to start thinking about!
