A New Era Begins

Hello. I have the distinct pleasure of being your coach for the coming cross country season. I am not going to take this time to tell you about me, because this season isn't about me, it's about you! Change is always difficult, and might be especially tough for those of you who have become accustom to how Coach Eastwood has done things in the past. I will do my best to make the transition as simple as I can while assisting each of you in reaching your maximum potential both on and off the course.

As we get to know one another I will be asking each of you about your goals. What do you want to achieve this season on the course? Where do you see yourself in one year? Two years? What academic goals and personal goals do you have? What is it you would like to see the team accomplish this season?

No goal is accomplished without hard work and some setbacks. Over the coming months I will be requesting that each of you push yourselves beyond where you have been in order to reach the places you are going. It will not always be easy, it won't always be fun but the results will be well worth the effort in in the long run. I hope each of you will look back at this season as a time of happy memories and great growth. #AttainGreatness
