Cross Country Season in HERE!!!

Happy Friday Athletes and Parents!

I trust you have been enjoying your summer. I used the time to rest and visit with family and friends when I wasn't with you all at conditioning or Camp. We had 25 girls attend an exhausting but AWESOME camp this summer. If you didn't attend this year, start planning to attend next year!

We will begin our official practices this Monday (July 30) at 7am and will last about 1 hr and 40 min on the first day and approximately 2 hours there after. This season we will be meeting at the Lake House - Sandhill Clemson Extension continues to make changes to their working farm and we want to stay out of their way! If you intend to run and can not attend practices please send me an email (I am already aware of the Vola's, Elizabeth, Chalanya and Citlaly)

In order to run with us on Monday ALL ATHLETES will need:

- An original physical dated April 1, 2018 or later (2 parts)

- A completed Emergency Information Form

- $50 participation fee (to be turned in to the bookkeeper at YOUR SCHOOL), if you previously turned this in to me, it will be returned.

- A Notarized travel Permission form *paperwork is required to travel with the team*

NEW ATHLETES will need the additional forms:

- a copy of your birth certificate

- (NEW TO RICHLAND 2 ONLY) Drop into Bates Hall to meet our Athletic Director and complete the transfer athlete information.

MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETES will need to turn in a completed middle school eligibility/waiver. This form is to be signed by you and your MIDDLE SCHOOL athletic director each semester.

NO PHYSICAL = NO RUN!
