TODAY IS OUR FIRST LIFT DAY!
Weight Lifting will take place in the weight room at Bates Hall at 6:45a. It will last about an hour.
20 MIN AMRAP:
200m sprint run,
8 thrusters,
10 toes-to-bar
How many rounds did you complete?
Warm Up:
Corn Field, Dynamic stretching and mobility
Workout:
Anaerobic Threshold:
ROUTE: course forward and 1st mile again; every 400m @ 90% race pace athletes get 1 min rest
Total distance (3-4 MILES)
Cool Down:
Jog Finish line to the cars, static stretching
