4p Practice at Sandhills Extension

Warm Up:

1 lap of cornfield

form drills & mobility training

Workout:

** there will be a number of you not competing in the scrimmage due to missed days this week, or simply not yet being in shape to race 5k (IF YOU DID NOT RUN ALL SUMMER THIS IS LIKELY YOU!), you will have a longer workout today. **

-3 MILE RECOVERY

-1x FINAL 800

-2x FINAL 400

[4 MILES]

Cool Down:

1 lap of cornfield

REMEMBER, IF YOU MISS A DAY OF PRACTICE, YOU WILL MISS THE NEXT MEET - THERE ARE VERY FEW EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. I WILL ENFORCE IT ALL SEASON LONG!
