Warm Up:

** there will be a number of you not competing in the scrimmage due to missed days this week, or simply not yet being in shape to race 5k (IF YOU DID NOT RUN ALL SUMMER THIS IS LIKELY YOU!), you will have a longer workout today. **

-2x FINAL 400
