Today is the very last day before MANDATORY PRACTICE BEGINS! If you have not yet turned in your paperwork, finish it today so it is ready for tomorrow.

I will not be able to run with you all today as I am driving back from MI after a whirlwind weekend of wedding showers for my brother and future sister in law. Athletes should complete 3-5 miles at a slightly uncomfortable pace today.

I am excited to see you all tomorrow at 4p at Sandhills Extension for our very first practice of the 2017 season!!
