RACE DAY v. AIRPORT & ST. JOSEPH

Despite torrential downpours prior to our race, we were able to run on a very wet course. There were 10 season PRs of those, 5 were all time PRs. Remember that we are going through a hard training period. During this time it is very normal to see a plateau in times and have your body feel like you were hit by a truck. It is essential that we are able to decipher between sore, tired muscles and injury. Keep me updated about how your bodies are feeling! Continue to eat well, and DO NOT SKIP MEALS! Also, a huge thank you to all the athletes that went to Cici's after the race to support @vikingsMCM and the Children's Miracle Network :)
