RACE DAY - COACHES CLASSIC

The Lady Vikings continue to improve! While placing in 24th is not where we want to be, today marks the 4th consecutive meet in which 95% or more of the team has run a personal record (PR)! We continue to learn how to better race our home course and use a pack to help us meet our goals. I saw lots of supporting and encouraging happening today!

We continue to have a long journey ahead of us if we are going to finish the season where we want to be. In order to qualify out of our regions our team average time needs to be as much as 3 minutes faster.We will continue to put in work this week and we will continue to get stronger!

Congratulations to all of the runners today, you worked hard and did AWESOME work.
