Those not racing this weekend - Run 3-7 miles on your own! I will not be around to lead practice. Make sure your parents are aware of where and with who you plan to train with today!
Those racing at WNCC - Be in front of Bates Hall with all your stuff by 1:00.
**pack light! we are taking a school bus**

- spikes (if you are racing in them)
- water bottle
- snacks
- Friday workout clothes
- PJs

- spending money for 2 meals
- Homework/book
- phone charger/external battery
