Take a last hurrah!

Use this time to allow your body to recover, participate in alternative exercise styles. Don't just sit around but don't run every day either! Let those little aches and pains get better!

Go for a bike ride

Go roller skating

Go to high wire

Swim some laps

Drag your family for a hike

Try out a yoga studio

Play Tennis

Enjoy a pick up game of soccer
