10 minutes rest

2 miles - target time: As fast or faster (AFOF) than the first 2 miles.

Gold:

3 miles - target time: Group 1 <27 Group 2<30

10 minutes rest

3 miles - target time: As fast or faster (AFOF) than the first 3 miles.

Cool down
